John Elias Baldacci (born January 30, 1955) is an American politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Maine's 2nd congressional district from 1995 to 2003 and as the 73rd Governor of Maine from 2003 to 2011.
